To the left is a flyer that I made for the primary students and the lower school students. I counted them out according to how many were in each class and gave them to the ladies that put papers in the primary and lower school students Thursday folders. I only gave them to the younger children so that their parents would be aware and be able to help them get the Rice Bowl turned in.
Posters look great MC! How do you plan to take up the Upper School bowls?
ReplyDeleteYeah! the big day is almost here! Do you have a security plan? That's a lot of $$ out in the open. Theft is not a problem at Oakbrook, but there will be a truckload of temptation on Tuesday.
ReplyDeleteI'm going to have the boxes that the bowls came in sitting in the hallway for the upper school to put them in when they get into school. And I will gather them as the boxes get full....(and I'm probably going to put them in my car so that they won't be messed with and wait to count them at the end of the week in case anyone brings them in later in the week!)
